Phil Marriott is a London-based broadcaster, DJ, audio & video editor and digital content creator, specialising in LGBTQ+ entertainment.
For the last seven years Phil worked as a presenter on Gaydio – the world’s biggest LGBT dance radio station – where he was also Head of Music. He is currently a resident DJ at popular London venues The Two Brewers and Royal Vauxhall Tavern.
Phil publishes celebrity interviews on his YouTube channel, and is the host of BOYS ON FILM.
He is also the Podcast Editor & Audio Engineer at Plant Based News and Plantrepreneur, Video Editor for Start & Scale and Miles Younger, and the product photographer for Shea-Me.
Phil Marriott has over twenty years experience in radio, DJ and journalism work. In the last two decades, he has gained respect and trust from key industry figures, and has been crucial to the development of many recording artists, both established and unsigned.

In January 2008, Phil joined GaydarRadio: the award-winning London-based LGBTQ+ dance and pop radio station.
During his time at the station, GaydarRadio won the Digital Commercial Station of the Year trophy at the 2008 Arqiva Awards. The award was presented by Tony Blackburn, the first radio DJ to broadcast on BBC Radio One back in 1967.
In 2010 and 2011, Phil hosted the main stage at Manchester Pride with the team at GaydarRadio, introducing acts such as K Klass and Sophie Ellis-Bextor. Whilst at GaydarRadio, Phil recorded his most memorable interview with the late George Michael.
In December 2008, Phil was enlisted by ex-Top Of The Pops producer Ric Blaxill to host the evening show Moon Safari on Bauer Media’s indie-alternative station, Q Radio.

In December 2013, Phil became a presenter and took on the head of music role at Gaydio, the world’s biggest LGBT dance and pop radio station.
As an international DJ, Phil Marriott supported Brighton production duo Freemasons at their Shakedown 2 album launch at London’s iconic club, Heaven. A year later, Phil supported supported Tiesto at London’s Victoria Park. Established DJ Lee Dagger from Bimbo Jones also invited Phil to play at his Miami Calling event in Clapham.
Phil has also played for celebrated clubbing brands including SupermartXe, G-A-Y, Fierce Angel and XXL. Phil is currently a resident DJ at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern and Two Brewers in London. Phil is also a regular resident DJ at the yearly Kate Bush tribute night at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern in London, and a regular DJ for Perception Events.
At the beginning of 2014 Phil teamed up with late DJ/Producer Rich B to form a remix production duo with Matt Waterhouse Represents. In a short space of time Rich and Phil produced official remixes for Erasure, Dannii Minogue, LeAnn Rimes, RuPaul ft. Michelle Visage, Dave Aude and Holly Johnson.
As a writer, Phil has contributed to Jack The Lad, GuySpy, Splash, Footloose in London, and more.
In August 2018, Phil hosted the Dubstar Facebook Live Q&A stream to celebrate One – the band’s first album for 17 years.
